We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

freshfits reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

No Open Parcel Policy

freshfits strictly follows a No Open Parcel Policy. Customers are not allowed to open and inspect the parcel before payment or delivery acceptance. By accepting the package, the customer acknowledges that the order has been received in proper condition.

However, if there is any issue with the order such as:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product

  • Defective item

  • Missing product

our support team will assist you through the proper verification and resolution process.

Return & Exchange Process

If you experience any issue with your order, please follow the steps below:

Incomplete claims without proper images or details may not be processed.

  • Each claim is carefully inspected and verified

  • freshfits reserves the right to decline suspicious, excessive, or invalid return claims

If the request is approved, freshfits may offer:

  • Refund (only in eligible cases)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Washed or worn products

  • Products without original tags or packaging
